Lisa provides both talk and art therapy to individuals and groups,
as well as art therapy supervision and consultation. She is located in San Francisco Bay area of California and licensed in both California and Illinois. Currently all service are offered remotely via video conferencing on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. Please see rates below. |

Art TherapyArt Therapy is informed by and expands on traditional talk therapy treatments and counseling theory. It also has its own holistic approach and uniquely uses the richness of materials and creative process to access parts of our self, mind, and body. This action based therapy can easily bring awareness of habitual patterns of thoughts, behavior, feelings, and urges so new skills can be coached and practiced right in the moment. Plus there can be an added benefit of a sense of release and/or accomplishment. No art experience or interest needed for this to be an effective or preferred approach.
